Aleesha young has solidly established herself in the professional bodybuilding industry as a top women. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born to a family of athletes. Her dad was an athlete, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in activities like playing ice hockey. Aleesha played soccer, softball as well as basketball until she got into bodybuilding when she was fifteen. Aleesha was given her professional card for winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 But she first started in 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. The finish she achieved was 9th for the year 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and 2016, in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has steadily progressed and in 2019 she took home her first pro title: in the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance was in 2020. She finished in fourth place. Despite this, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief time off from bodybuilding because of health concerns.
