Azita Ghanizada Azita Ghanizada, an Afghan American actor in the United States has appeared in numerous television shows. Born in Kabul Afghanistan her family fled her native country to the US and was granted refugee status to remain. She is a middle-sister of two sisters. She was raised to a young age in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada began her career on the television scene by appearing in a couple of National Commercials. Ghanizada's role as Chiara in Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara earned her a nomination for Best Actress in a film festival. She was also an actor in a variety of television series, including How I Met Your Mother Veronica Mars Wedding Bells Num3RS Bones Psych & Castle. Recently, she had an supporting role in the science-fiction action movie Blood Shot (2009) and the comedies that are independent You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada began her acting career in 2008 as a cast member of General Hospital's Primetime spinoff General Hospital.
